Build small, ship often

Tight teams, short feedback loops, real users. The Agency ships changes weekly — the people behind it should too.

AI-native, not AI-bolted-on

We don't treat agents as a feature. They are how the work gets done. Engineers, analysts and commercial all work with the agents every day.

Take the work seriously, not yourself

TPRM matters. Egos don't. We hire people who care about the outcome and are easy to be in a room with.

Write things down

Decisions, designs, post-mortems. A small team that writes things down outpaces a big team that doesn't.
